Ingredients

    Put the flour in a bowl and make a well

    Add the whole eggs, sugar, oil and butter

    Mix gently with the whisk tool, adding the milk as you go. The resulting dough should have a slightly thick liquid consistency.

    Flavor with rum (optional)

    Heat a non-stick pan and oil it very lightly with a paper towel. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan, spread it out and wait until it is cooked on one side before turning it over. Cook all the pancakes in this way.
