What speed settings should my MINIPRO or MAXIPRO hand blender use?
The MINIPRO hand blender has two speeds:
- Speed 1 (8,000 rpm): used for small quantities or for mixing recipes that are more delicate. Minimises splashing.
- Speed 2 (13,000 rpm): Ideal for faster and more powerful blends. Allows you to grind and mix ingredients more effectively.
The MAXIPRO hand blender is equipped with a variable speed drive (from 3,000 to 12,000 rpm). By adjusting the speed, you can blend your mixture to the desired consistency and texture. We recommend that you start with the low speed (to avoid splashing) and then gradually increase if necessary.
Are the accessories for my MINIPRO or MAXIPRO hand blender dishwasher safe?
The various accessories available for the MINIPRO and MAXIPRO hand blenders are not dishwasher safe. It is important to consult the user instructions supplied with the appliance. It is also essential that you follow these recommendations to avoid damaging the parts or compromising the performance of your hand blender.
Use warm water and mild soap to clean the accessories, then rinse with clean water.
How do I clean my hand blender?
Cleaning a hand blender is very simple:
- Make sure the appliance is unplugged before starting the cleaning for safety reasons,
- Remove the removable accessory (e.g. blender head, whisk),
- Clean the removable accessory with hot soapy water and rinse with clean water. Beware of the risk of cuts with the blades.
- Clean the motor block by wiping it with a damp cloth. Do not put it under water,

Can I use my hand blender continuously?
It is important to follow the recommendations in the user instructions. If you are using your hand blender for long periods of time, make sure you take regular breaks to ensure that the motor does not overheat.

Payment
What payment methods are available?
The payment methods that are offered:
By credit card (CB Visa or Mastercard) or by bank transfer. In the event that your payment is declined by the bank, the order will be automatically cancelled.
What should I do if I want to return an order?
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal with the Seller, without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalty, for the purpose of exchange or reimbursement, provided that the Products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within fourteen days of the notification to the Seller of the Customer's decision to withdraw.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) so that they can be put back on the market in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products will not be taken back.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised online, using the withdrawal form available on the website www.cookingalafrancaise.com, in which case the Seller shall immediately send the Customer an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, or any other unambiguous statement expressing the wish to withdraw.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the above-mentioned period, only the price of the Product(s) purchased and the delivery costs will be reimbursed; the cost of returning the Product(s) will be borne by the Customer.
The refund will be made within 14 days of the notification to the Seller of the decision to withdraw.

We deliver worldwide, to more than 150 countries.
What are the delivery times?
In Metropolitan France, delivery takes an average of 3 to 5 working days. For Europe and other countries, the average delivery time is 7 to 10 working days from shipping. ATTENTION, COOKINGALAFRANCAISE is not responsible for longer delivery times if a parcel is held in customs.
How much are the shipping costs?
The delivery costs will be indicated to you when validating your basket.
For international deliveries (outside the European Union), any possible customs clearance fees and taxes in addition to the sums already paid to COOKINGALAFRANCAISE.com are to be paid by the buyer.

How long is the guarantee on my appliance?
